PUBLIC CLASSES:
You may cancel up to 48 hours before your class starts and use the credit towards a future class; Boot Camps require at least 1-week’s advance notice to be rescheduled. We do not offer refunds on any purchased classes or gift cards. While it is not in our nature to say no, we cannot accommodate last-minute illnesses or work-related conflicts. However, you are always welcome to send someone in your place, because we understand that these things do happen.
PRIVATE EVENTS:
You may reschedule your event up to 14 days before the date with no penalty, For events rescheduled with less than 14 days notice, we will charge a $250 rescheduling fee. If you need to cancel your event more than 14 days in advance, your deposit will be returned, minus a $250 cancellation fee. All cancellations that are less than 14 days in advance will forfeit the 50% deposit. Final headcount is due 1 week before your event.
WHAT IF YOU MISS A BOOT CAMP CLASS?
Because of the volume of Boot Camps we offer, we cannot offer make-up classes to everyone who misses a class, no matter the reason, as it happens too often.
But because we know how disappointing it is to miss a class, we do offer PLAN B for people who cannot attend class due to illness* (not work or vacation-related absences, please). PLEASE NOTE: You must alert us before your scheduled class time, or this option is no longer available.
PLAN B options:
* You can send a friend in your place (please send us their name ahead of class), or
* As a courtesy, you can register for any single class at our school, provided it still has an open seat 1 day before it runs*. That way you can take another cooking class and we are just filling empty seats. You can easily keep tabs on our “OPEN” single-session classes by referring to the schedule on our homepage. If you opt for this, you will pay a $15 rescheduling fee.
*You will not have the option to drop into a different Boot Camp; those are closed off to additional participants once they start.
